Terms & Conditions
Custom Design Process: All designs created by Well + Co. Digital are 1-of-1 and bespoke to the client. Work begins only after a signed agreement and deposit are received.
Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom projects. the remaining balance is due upon approval of the final proof, prior to delivery of the high-resolution files.
Turnaround time: Standard delivery is 3-5 business days from the date the deposit ad project details are recieved. Rush orders (24-48 hours) are subject to an additional fee.
Revisions: Each package includes 3 rounds of minor revisions(text changes, color tweaks, etc.). Significant changes to the initial creative direction after work has begun may incur additional fees.
Intellectual Property: Well + Co. Digital retains ownership of the original design files. The client is granted a personal-use license for their specific event. Designs may not be resold or redistributed. Files are delivered in digital formats ( JPG, PNG, or PDF). Raw source files ( Canva links/PSD) are not included unless negotiated seperately.
Refunds: Due to the custom nature of digital stationery, all payments are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
